Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 30, 2020, and December 7, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellants All Island Gastroenterology & Liver Associates P.C. and Harold Lipsky to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Motion by the appellants Winthrop University Hospital and Rebecca Stewart to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
