Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 13, 2024. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, to stay the execution of a warrant of eviction and to vacate a warrant of eviction, in an action entitled Irwin equities LLC v Cruz, pending in the District Court, Suffolk County, Fifth District, under Index No. LT-001639-23/IS, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
