Appeals from a judgment and an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, both dated March 14, 2023, and a judgment of the same court dated March 15, 2023. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the judgments, including any further attachment of bank accounts, seizure of money from accounts, serving information subpoenas, demanding information, and taking depositions, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the judgments, including any further attachment of bank accounts, seizure of money from accounts, serving information subpoenas, demanding information, and taking depositions, is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
