Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 3, 2020, and an order of the same court, dated December 17, 2020. Motion by the appellants to substitute George Petrosian, as the administrator of the estate of Nadejda Petrosian, for the deceased respondent Nadejda Petrosian on the appeal from the judgment, to amend the caption of that appeal accordingly, to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the respondent Nadejda Petrosian, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to substitute George Petrosian, as the administrator of the estate of Nadejda Petrosian, for the deceased respondent Nadejda Petrosian on the appeal from the judgment, to amend the caption of that appeal accordingly, to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the respondent Nadejda Petrosian are granted, George Petrosian, as the administrator of the estate of Nadejda Petrosian, is substituted for the deceased respondent Nadejda Petrosian on the appeal from the judgment, the caption of that appeal is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Nadejda Petrosian is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
