Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered December 15, 2023,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the notice of appeal dated December 9, 2024 is deemed timely filed and served, and
It is further ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed in the Onondaga County Clerk's Office on December 17, 2024, which lists the conviction date as October 27, 2023 and the indictment number as 2023-0281-1-1-2-3-4-5-6-7, shall be treated as valid as to the conviction date of December 15, 2023 and indictment number 2023-0281-3, pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6).
