Defendant-respondent-appellant Motorola Solutions, Inc. having moved to vacate the dismissal and to adjourn oral argument of the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Steuben County, entered May 31, 2024,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeal is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before January 27, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument is granted, and the appeal is removed from this Court's day calendar for February 20, 2025, and is added to the calendar for the term of Court commencing May 12, 2025.
