It is hereby ORDERED that the motion seeking to vacate the dismissal of the appeal under docket number CA 23-00385 is denied as untimely (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is dismissed as moot.
