Motions by defendants-appellants to vacate orders of this court dated September 18, 2023, which dismissed the appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated October 6, 2022 and February 22, 2021, respectively, to consolidate the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals and motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition of the motions; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
