| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 8, 2023, and April 10, 2024, respectively. By order to show cause dated September 30, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated April 10, 2024, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
Upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
BARROS, J.P., FORD, WAN and LOVE, JJ., concur.
