Motion by Rita Mizrahi for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 26, 2024, and to stay enforcement of the decision, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
