ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated January 22, 2025, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeals by Corinthian M. Dimmie from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, both dated October 29, 2024. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Ronald J. McGaw, dated December 13, 2024, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:
