Motion by respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered March 21, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before February 7, 2025; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant may, if they be so advised, serve and file a reply brief within seven days of service upon them of respondent's brief.
