ORDERED that the respondent Derricka A. Bell's assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment on the ground that the respondent Derricka A. Bell has abandoned the appeal by failing to respond to communications by assigned counsel; and it is further,

ORDERED that former assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
