Appeal by Brian Lovejoy from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 31, 2024. By order on certification of this Court dated December 13, 2024, the appellant was granted waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeal and assigned counsel to prosecute the appeal. Motion by the respondent to vacate the order on certification dated December 13, 2024.
