DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants for a stay of a final judgment of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, entered February 1, 2024, pending the determination of an appeal from that final judgment, and for, in effect, summary reversal. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 731.7 to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before March 31, 2025; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion for a stay is granted on condition that appellants perfect the appeal on or before March 31, 2025; and it is further,
ORDERED that, in the event the appeal is not perfected by March 31, 2025, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to vacate the stay, and may serve such application in person.
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
