DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for a stay of a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Village of Suffern, Rockland County, entered June 27, 2024, pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment entered June 25, 2024 and a decision and order entered June 27, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that so much of the appeal as is from the decision and order is dismissed, as no appeal lies from a decision (see UJCA 1702) and the right of direct appeal from the intermediate order terminated with the entry of the final judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248 [1976]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for a stay is granted.
