DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 6, 2024. Motion by RM Newman LLC and Ronni Newman, in effect, to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that Ronni Newman is also an appellant.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that Ronni Newman is also an appellant (see CPLR 2001; Matter of Tagliaferri, 1 NY3d 605), the caption is amended accordingly, and on or before March 12, 2025, the appellants shall file replacement digital copies of the record and appellants' brief via NYSCEF with corrected covers which designate Ronni Newman as an appellant, and which are in all other respects the same as the record and brief previously filed; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time for the respondent to serve and file a brief is extended, and on or before April 11, 2025, the respondent shall serve and file the respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
