| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to vacate an opinion and order of this Court dated July 24, 2024, which disbarred the respondent upon his default, to reopen the proceeding, and for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Separate motion by the respondent for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court dated July 24, 2024. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 27, 2005. By opinion and order of this Court dated July 24, 2024, the respondent was disbarred from the practice of law (see Matter of Barkats, 231 AD3d 97).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
