Appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 16, 2024 (four orders), and May 29, 2024, respectively. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals from the orders dated May 16, 2024, with the appeal from the order dated May 29, 2024, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals from the orders dated May 16, 2024, with the appeal from the order dated May 29, 2024, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the records on appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]), and by serving the appellant's briefs, and uploading a digital copy of the appellant's briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, is extended until March 12, 2025.
