| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Sophia Rutty for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Rutty was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on July 24, 2000, under the name Sophia Annmarie Rutty. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 4, 2021, Rutty was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, effective immediately, without credit for the time served under the interim suspension imposed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2020 (see Matter Rutty, 198 AD3d 70).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Sophia Rutty, admitted as Sophia Annmarie Rutty, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
