Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 6, 2020, and January 24, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate any judgment of foreclosure and sale and declare the subject property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances or, in the alternative, to reinstate the subject mortgage.
