The People, etc., respondent,

v Michael Owen, appellant.

(Ind. No. 70449/2020)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered January 11, 2024. Motion by the respondent to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of witness testimony and all exhibits admitted into evidence during the trial and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll is denied as unnecessary as the trial transcripts and exhibits admitted into evidence during the trial are properly part of the judgment roll, and on or before March 12, 2025, the respondent shall upload a digital copy of the transcripts of witness testimony and all exhibits admitted into evidence during the trial, through the digital portal on this Court's website, to be filed as exhibits on the appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and on or before March 12, 2025, the respondent shall serve and file the respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
