Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated January 18, 2024. Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the on the Court's own motion, the appeals by the nonparty-appellants are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the nonparty-appellants are not aggrieved by the order (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before March 12, 2025, the plaintiff-appellant shall serve and file the record or appendix and the appellant's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and the appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
