Appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 27, 2024. Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by Renata Plaut is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that Renata Plaut is not aggrieved by the order (see CPLR 5511).
