| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Carrie Williams Sandstrom, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on August 3, 2021, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Carrie Williams Sandstrom Sarokin.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Carrie Williams Sandstrom to Carrie Williams Sandstrom Sarokin effective immediately.
