Appeals by Elizabeth Battipaglia from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated October 3, 2024, and October 2, 2024, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Rita Kaufman, dated December 20, 2024, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
