Motion by appellants on an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, entered May 9, 2024, to fix an undertaking pursuant to CPLR 5519 (a) (6). Cross-motion by respondent for relief related to appellants' motion.
