The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Sarah Joseph, Appellant.

Motion by appellant, pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law 460.50, to stay the execution of a judgment of conviction of the Village Court of the Village of Hewlett Bay Park, Nassau County, rendered August 20, 2024.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
