Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 10, 2023, December 21, 2023 and June 12, 2024, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and to consolidated the appeals.
