Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 8, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, for waiver of costs, fees and expenses, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied as premature; and it is further,
ORDERED that motion is otherwise denied.
