DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 13, 2024, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 4, 2024. Motion by Tamara Eke, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order and to seal all orders and documents filed in connection with this appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
