Appeals and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 18, 2022. Joint application by the appellants-respondents Travelers Casualty and Surety Company and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company to withdraw their appeal and by the respondents-appellants to withdraw the cross-appeal insofar as taken against the appellants-respondents Travelers Casualty and Surety Company and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company and the respondents Travelers Indemnity Company and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal by the appellants-respondents Travelers Casualty and Surety Company and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company and the cross-appeal by the respondents-appellants insofar as taken against the appellants-respondents Travelers Casualty and Surety Company and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company and the respondents Travelers Indemnity Company and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company are deemed withdrawn.
