Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 15, 2022. Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant to seal the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is granted and the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all briefs have been filed; and it is further,
