Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 12, 2018. Motion by the appellant to direct the respondent to provide the appellant's assigned counsel with unredacted copies of the exhibits introduced into evidence by the respondent at the pre-trial suppression hearing and at the trial.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondent shall provide the appellant's assigned counsel with unredacted copies of the exhibits introduced into evidence by the respondent at the pre-trial suppression hearing and at the trial on or before March 26, 2025.
