Motion by appellants to vacate an order of this court dated October 16, 2023, which dismissed an appeal from a final judgment of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, entered March 27, 2023, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the demonstration of a potentially meritorious appeal, on or before March 17, 2025.
