Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated March 18, 2024, which dismissed an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Deer Park, Orange County, entered May 26, 2023, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, or, in the alternative, for leave to reargue, or, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's order dated September 18, 2024, which denied appellant's prior motion to vacate the March 18, 2024 order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
