DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 14, 2024. Motion by Jenny A. Covington, an attorney in good standing in the State of Minnesota, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondent on the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including an affidavit of the applicant stating that she is associated with a member in good standing of the New York bar, which member shall be the attorney of record in the matter, and an affirmation in support of the application from the New York attorney who is counsel of record in the matter (see 22 NYCRR 1250.4[e]; see also 22 NYCRR 670.1[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's brief is stricken (see Judiciary Law § 478; Whitehead v Town House Equities, 8 AD3d 369, 371), and on or before March 24, 2025, the respondent shall serve and file a replacement brief in compliance with the Judiciary Law, the CPLR, and the rules of this Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the reply brief is stricken, and the appellant shall serve and file a replacement reply brief in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[d]).
