Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 15, 2024, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants-respondents to stay enforcement of so much of the order as vacated an arbitration award and compelled arbitration in a different forum, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross-appeal.
