ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 24, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 19, 2022, is amended by deleting from the first decretal thereof the date "January 10, 2025," and substituting therefor the date "March 26, 2025."
