Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered May 14, 2018, and May 31, 2022,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant shall enter the initial information for electronic filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1245.3 (a) with respect to KA 18-01538, and serve upon respondent the notification of case number pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1245.3 (b), and
It is further ORDERED that the appeals be perfected by electronic filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1245 and 22 NYCRR 1000.17.
