Now, on the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that Melissa Cavagnaro, Esq., 500 Pearl Street, Suite 810, Buffalo, New York 14202, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one electronic copy of a respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon any party exempt from e-filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.17 (c) (6) (A), and
It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Child submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 26, 2025, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
