Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered February 3, 2022, and, by permission, from an order of the same court dated June 6, 2024. Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's brief is stricken, and on or before March 31, 2025, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief which includes any points of argument in connection with the appeal from the order, but is otherwise the same as the brief that was previously filed, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the replacement brief and upload a digital copy of the replacement brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
