DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated June 14, 2024, May 10, 2024, and June 30, 2023, respectively, and a decree of the same court dated March 13, 2020. Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to contain certain material and extend the time to perfect the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant to waive certification of the record or appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), for waiver of costs, filing fees, and expenses, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to contain certain material is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive certification of the record or appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for waiver of costs, filing fees, and expenses, is denied; and it is further;

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to extend the time to perfect the appeals are granted, and on or before April 2, 2025, the appellant shall serve and file the record or appendix and the appellant's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the record or appendix and the appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
