The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Jason King, Appellant.

Motion by respondent for permission to file a supplemental brief on appeals from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered September 22, 2021, and from an amended judgment of that court, rendered January 27, 2022.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed within 21 days of the date of this decision & order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant, if so advised, may serve a supplemental brief in response within 14 days from the service of the supplemental brief.
