DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 26, 2022. Motion by the respondent to appoint an attorney for the subject child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:

ORDERED that the attorney for the child is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
