| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal, by permission, from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 12, 2022, and from a resentence of the same court rendered August 4, 2023. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals are consolidated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended, and appellant's counsel shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9) and written directions.
