Application by Elyse Michelle Bataller-Schneider, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 1, 2012, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Elyse Michelle Schneider.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Elyse Michelle Bataller-Schneider to Elyse Michelle Schneider effective immediately.
