| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Marissa Daidone, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 13, 2010, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Marissa Daidone Mattia.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Marissa Daidone to Marissa Daidone Mattia effective immediately.
