Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered August 23, 2022. Motion by the appellant to set a date certain to be furnished with the transcripts of the proceedings in the above-entitled matter and for an order of contempt if the transcripts are not timely produced.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the name of the court reporter who would be subject to any such order and who would be responsible for producing the transcripts of the subject proceedings.
