Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 15, 2024. The appeal by First Quality Electric Corp., was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants Maserati Realty, LLC, CH Gowanus LLC, NY Developers & Managers, Inc., and NY Developers & Management, LLC, to extend the time to perfect their appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
